David Nderitu is an Assistant-Lecturer of Philosophy at Egerton University, Kenya. He holds BA in Philosophy, MPhil in Philosophy, MSc in International Health Research Ethics and PhD in Philosophy. David is a member of the Egerton University Research Ethics Committee. As an early career academic professional David has developed interested in research in the field of philosophy, bioethics and health research ethics out of which he has a number of publications. David works with the youth in various fora; for example, I mentor early adolescents and young people in the African Character Initiation Programme (ACIP), a top 30 Innovator awardee of the World Health Organization Africa. I also mentor the youth through the Egerton University UNESCO Club and Youth Action Kenya (YAK).
