Dr Winnie Cele graduated with a PhD in Mental Health Nursing in 2019. She has a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Bachelors degree in Nursing Education and Management. She has worked with mental health care users for more than 12 years in a mental health care institution and has coordinated several mental health programs helping people with mental health problems.
