Nkosingiphile Nene is the chairperson of Makhane Youth Development network. He has a diploma in Information Technology and has a certificate in Armed response and security. Nkosingiphile established the Nkovukeni Early Childhood Centre approved and registered with the Provincial Department of Social Development in 2017. He is passionate about Community Development particularly issues pertaining to Youths residing in Makhane community.
